Gun Show Ghost Gun Ban
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced a groundbreaking, unprecedented agreement that Eagle Arm Productions, one of the Commonwealth's largest gun show producers, will no longer allow the sale of self-assembled unserialized 80% receivers, also known as "ghost gun kits."
Nearly 1 in 10 crime guns recovered in Philadelphia are ghost guns. These weapons are just as deadly, but they avoid many public safety and legal requirement protections. Most troubling for law enforcement is that they are untraceable, can be purchased without a background check, and are quickly assembled with just a few tools. Ghost guns are the perfect weapon for criminal activities.
